LOCATION
DTR are located just 3 miles (less than 8 minutes) inside M25 at Junction 7 (M23 exit). Follow M23 North towards Croydon (A23), and Ullswater Business Park is located on the right turn off A23 before new flyover (clearly signposted). DTR's new, easily accessible premises are at 28 Breakfield (a right hand turning inside the Business park).

DTR open on Mon-Fri from 08.00am to 17.30pm. Sat 09.00-13.00 and closed Sunday.
DTR have all the facilities on site that you could need for your Fiat Spider or Barchetta. DTR now offer specialist importing of Alfa Romeo vehicles.

Restorations by DTR on specialist vehicles
Sales and Imports:
DTR have a large showroom and have at least 10 cars on site for sale at any one time. Built to order 124 Spiders (outlined in our "Built to order" section) can be seen in various stages of production.

Workshop:

DTR have full workshop facilities and are a Department of Transport approved MOT testing station.
Our comprehensive servicing now includes Alfa Romeo 156, Spider and new GTV models. Computer analysis is available for all these models.
Whether it be a tyre change or a full engine rebuild, a service or a replacement soft top all work is done on site. We also have facilities to undertake all upholstery and trim work including retrims in leather.
Bodyshop:
DTR have an onsite bodyshop capable of any repairs however large or small. Insurance work can be undertaken where required.
DTR carry a comprehensive selection of service parts and spares for the Barchetta and 124 Spiders onsite. From an engine to a body panel, we should have what you are looking for.

The arrival in 1995 of the Barchetta, provided our customers with an alternative to the classic Fiat 124 Spider. DTR are believed to have sold more new that the UK dealer network and still maintain the majority of UK cars.
We believe our expertise in this model, is unrivalled.
Our first task was to strip down to the bare nuts and bolts a new car and evaluate it.
We then converted it to right hand drive as an excercise, which although at the time unique, was not the best format for the Barchetta, due to the inherent symetry of the car. We converted a total of 6, of which 3 were new cars for export, and one was featured by BBC Top Gear.
Right hand drive was not a commercial option, due to prohibitive time and parts costs, but DTR still carry out conversions to the 124 Spider.
Our diversification within the Italian car field, extends from Fiat 500 (available as new 2009, or classic 1950/60/70's cars) right through to Ferrari 330 (we have completed a full detailed engine rebuild on a GTS in July 2008). We are vast knowledge of the Alfa Spider range too, and have carried out show standard restorations on 750 Giulietta and Giulia, to standard servicing on the '916' range.
We don't stop there. As we have virtually every service available under one roof, we can, and indeed have carried out restoration of other interesting cars, such as Citroen DS Chapron, or 1938 traction convertible!
